How to Opt In

Users opt in by submitting their mobile phone number and actively selecting one or both consent checkboxes on the contact form at https://guardiangatellc.sites.marketingax.com/contact or on the home page. The checkboxes describe the categories of messages they will receive, as reflected in the Use Case above.
